I have been "no played" at a Harrah's owned property. However, I still have comp offers and am planning a trip on a comped room at an alternate Harrah's property. Now I am scared to continue using my player's card to accumulate comps as I am probably in some sort of "surveillance system" due to being no played. If I use my card will I immediately be red flagged, or should I not worry about it? Thanks for you advice!

Use the mail offers, but don't check in with your players card at the table. Or try it one time and see if they immediately back you off.

Do NOT use your player's card at any BJ table. Use it for VP, or anything else you might play. You're finished getting BJ comps at Harrahs under your real name (which isn't necessarily a bad thing, given most of their games.)

No,it's not. Nobody checks if the card you are presenting for play is you,or not. Now, cashing in the comps can get tricky, but anyone who can outsmart an RFID system or mindplay can do so in their sleep.

This question is open to anybody, but I know shadroch has said he uses different names. There are a few places where I cannot play under my own name, but I'm afraid to use a random card from a machine. Do you use cards from friends? Do you use random cards left in machines?

So does anyone know of a case where someone was ACTUALLY arrested simply for returning to a casino where they were banned/tresspassed? What about stepping foot in the casino, but not even playing blackjack?

Does the answer to this question really matter? For example, if nobody on this one particular bulletin board has ever known of an arrest, would you do it? If nobody on any bulletin board? If nobody ever?

This all depends on the specifics of your banning. Were you banned from the property, or banned from the tables, or banned from blackjack?
