Northern Nevada trip

Just got back from a trip to Northern Nevada. This time I didn't make the mistake of playing one casino too much I played at 15 different casinos over three day period. I finally think I am able to figure out when the heat is on and when I am being watched. Is it always bad when you cash out, you are not a high roller and the pit boss comes over to give you a hand shake and asks for you name first and last? If a pit boss keeps staring at you when you look at them they look away, the heat is on right? The hardest part of blackjack for me is to figure out when the heat is on except for when it is obvious.

I would never give my real name ;-) I wonder what griff recons about this.

I honestly don't think when they look at you that it is heat. I tend to see the opposite. If someone seems to be watching the table for no apparent reason they are probably checking your bet and what sort of cards seem to come out.

How long are your sessions?

Sometimes I use my real name. If I've been backed off then I use a friend's card or a novelty ID, whatever's available. Always get the comps. zg

Yup some of the places with the same rules have way better penetration than Siena. Nice thing about Siena is their promotions. Their Penetration with some of the dealers at Siena wasn't that great.

i play there in the mornings and they usaly get down to around 10 cards left before they shuffle, there has even been a few times when they have dealt the whole deck.. anyway what other places did you find that where good? also did you play any happy hour b.f at the siena?

No never made it to happy any of the happy hours. The one time I haven't played is in the morning at that place. Do they know you as a regular customer? "Dealt whole deck" was that at happy hour?

i'm only there maybe once a month and i usaly have my motorcycle helmet with me so the one girl there that rides usaly remembers me but no one knows me by name. and yeah it was during the happy hour that she dealt the whole deck. they have to think extra hard during happy hour cuz they win bonus $ as well, so i think that is when they are most likely to screw up.. anyway thanks for the pm!

The average dealer when I was playing gave 60% pen. The worst dealer dealt two rounds with 4 players!
