I just ran the search word "Oklahoma" again. Doesn't seem like anything much dated since 2011. I know forum down for a long time but since supposedly OK has the second most number of casinos in the country behind Vegas, I wondered if anyone on the board was from around here, also. If you are, please reach out and let me know what places actually have BJ any longer (most are slot machine places) and maybe we can discuss some of the conditions out here. I had to take a break from playing much for over a year for personal family reasons but am back playing. Thanks!!

In the most recent CBJN, there are 15 OK casinos listed. If it's 6:5 only or no BJ, it won't be in CBJN. Perhaps there are more, but nobody goes there because of the antes. Or perhaps it's the golden goose that those playing don't talk about. Grosjean and Munchkin had an amazing card craps play in OK. It was written up in some national magazine several years ago. Also, the world's largest casino is in OK (Winstar). Time for you to go there an report back to us.
There are a TON of casinos in Oklahoma. Problem is a lot are just smaller slot places with no table games. But not joshing you ZenGrif. There are also some true resort casinos, as nice as the smaller ones in Vegas. Like he mentioned WinStar. It has the largest casino floor space of any casino in the U.S. (second largest in world supposedly) with every game you can think of. Has two hotels attached and a golf course. Lots of restaurants. But..........there are issues playing there.........LOL

Yes, ante is waived at many casinos on certain days; certain hours; or certain months. So scouting or "letting your fingers do the walking" (Old saying) is in order if you want to avoid the ante. The nicest casinos closest to stateline by Texas NEVER waive the ante. (They are Choctaw and Chickasaw tribal casinos.) So to me, using Wizards computations, it isn't worth playing unless you play $100 minimums, reducing the HE from the ante/rake to a level able to be overcome at those. Other tribes are not as strict about antes. You just have to scout or call first.
