If I had a time machine I wouldn't count cards. I would go back to a hand just before I am dealt a blackjack and bet my life savings. ;-)

Only way it will come back to the states is if some place in the US runs it. That way it is easy to regulate and tax. An offshore company can tell the gov't whatever it wants and then tell them to go screw off when it comes time to pay.
