Optimal Bet Sizes

I am still struggling to work out optimal bet sizes to get the BEST risk/reward ratio in my game. Can someone tell me exactly what I need to know for each count (edge/variance etc.) and the forumla I need to use to get the best risk of ruin/hourly rate ratio and devise the best progression.

I bet 1 unit for counts. <0
2 units on TC 0-2
4 units TC 2-4
8 units TC 4-6
16 units TC 6-8
TC >8 table Max
Keep in mind this is a slightly conservative way to bet.
Realistically TC doesn't get that high on a regular basis. This is simply ideal.
Some guys bet table Max at TC >2 depends on your bankroll.
