Playboy casino opening in London.

Yes . . . I've read that the Playboy brand is to be re-introduced at a casino in London (the Rendezvous in Old Park Lane), thirty years or so after the last one closed it's doors. So it won't be one more, just a change of image.

What I remember of the Rendezvous, when I visited London not too long back, was that it was a sedate place with a Michelin starred restaurant. I promised Mrs UK that I'd take her to dinner there at some stage, but I'm not sure she'll want to eat at a place surrounded by bunnies and Playboy clientelle.

If anyone goes after the re-opening, can they post a few words on what it's like?

Michelin starred restaurant... really?! That place is barely chicken-fenced off from the rest of the casino.

I definitely read it somewhere . . . "bla bla bla michelin starred award winning restaurant". Perhaps it's well out of date or I've got it muddled up with another place? I've just looked on the LCI web site and there's no mention of it on the restaurant section of the Rendezvous page, so I must be wrong.

Oh well, McDonalds beckons . . .
