Playing 2 hands in heads up

hi folks, i am becoming frustrated at the casino i use, there are only ever 2 tables open, a £3 min table and a £5 minimum table, the £3 table is ALWAYS full and hard to wong in/out so when i play i have to sit in most of the session, omly get to wong out for the "toilet" with max 5 rounds before shuffle, and only a couple of times a session.

On the other hand the the £5 minimum table is always empty, but if you play on your own you have to play 2 hands at a time, if i were to play this table would i have to adjust my bet spread from(1-10/£5-£50)playing with others at table to (1-10/£10-£100) when playing on my own, with 2 hands.
I was thinking as well that if i started on my own with 2 hands and got a couple of big bets out within the first 2-3 shoes, say around £60 each bet(£120) if someone else did sit at the table and i switch to 1 hand i would be able to get away with a much bigger bet spread if the counts went big again, i.e my spread would be £5-£120(1-24), as i had the £120 out before it wouldnt look suspect.

i would obviously have to adjust my bankroll from £3 min table to £5 table but would i have to adjust the new bankroll for the 2 hands i would be playing ????

If you are able to backline bet one of the players at the full table you can get a nice advantage without even counting. The only problem will be finding a player who knows proper BS.
