the latest version at 2011 of CV data can run the hit/stand index of Sp 21 ?
anyone else can do ?
for cross examination/check purpose.
can they run the hit index of self-created system for Bj n sp21 ?

Yes, it can. I created my own index generator which I use, but CVdata indices are okay. The bonus adjustments you'll have to use Kat's or come up with yourself. You can verify anything yourself by recreating the conditions in Kat's book (pen, rounding, etc.), and seeing how close cvdata's indices are for HiLo with IRC=-32. That'll give you a taste for how accurate they are (assuming Kat's are the ground truth).
