Do you mean if a new dealer comes in in the middle of a shoe? Unless the deck itself changes, then yes, that new dealer will be "hot." Blackjack is in the cards, not the dealers.

Disagree. The new dealer is no more likely to remain "hot" than the shoe itself is.

My point is that the "hotness" of a dealer doesn't depend on the dealer, but on the cards coming out of the shoe.
