When you bet Table Maximum I heard some dealers at some casino's say "Pay or take to the table Max" Others jsut annouce table max. MY Question is do you still get paid 3:2 on a blackjack if they say "pay or take to the table max"?

Yes, at least on the Las Vegas Strip. Usually, if there's a maximum payout, that will be listed separately. There are usually maximum payouts listed at roulette tables, so you can look at those signs to see what the signs might look like.

i dealt for a year and pay or take to the table max was what was shouted if a player didnt want their bet counted but it looked close to or over the table max. that means a $500 max table and a bet looks like $550 or so, you would get paid or taken as if you only had $500 there
