Was in Vegas last weekend for a couple days, figured I'd share some observations. Didn't have a huge bankroll with me so I was mostly playing 5-25 tables.
Downtown was way better than the strip for conditions. Found a double deck game at El Cortez that was S17, DAS, no RSA but pen was about 65% which is decent. The dealers were fast too, got through a lot of hands. Only downside is they sweat the action pretty hard if you spread more than 1-4. I kept it to 1-3 and nobody said anything.
Strip was rough. MGM properties all had 6:5 on anything under 0 minimums. Did find one 5 3:2 table at TI but it was CSM so not really playable. Ended up just playing some low stakes for fun at Fremont and called it a night.
Anyone else been downtown recently? Curious if the conditions at the D or Golden Gate are still decent.
