Redhawk Casino, Cache Creek, Which one has better BJ?

So my friends and I are not card counters, we just enjoy playing BS and BS only. Sure we know the basic High Low Count but we are way too busy in our lives too really study and practice the art of Card Counting (trust me, I would love to).

Anyways, We are trying to find a Northern California Casino that offers the best game of BJ for BS. WHat are your experiences with Redhawk and Cache Creek? Do you have to pay a "collection" like some of the card rooms over here in san jose like Garden City and Bay101.

Or if you recommend a completely different Casino entirely, that would be most appreciated as well. Thanks in Advance!

Consider trying Twin Pines in Lake County. I won't give any stats as that has been a favorite hole of mine. Of course only for the food at the new restaurant*...


Cache Creek Report:

1. Often has lousy penetration on the six deck shoe games w/Reno rules DHS17, Double any 2 cards.

2. A "single deck" 6:5 NDAS double 10/11 only.

I'd guess that the consensus on this board would be to leave that casino alone. Have mixed feelings myself as I have commonly won there. Rather than waste days at the probably unbeatable six deck shoe I have looked for slow mornings and afternoons when the 6:5 single game could be played heads up.

And then I murdered that bitch. More than several times. A few times they'd deal that thing down way DEEP and I'd be shooting fish in a barrel. They ignored my huge spreads so I made good bread there




*Casinos may have their company boys browse through the pages of this forum. So giving a glowing review of table conditions is like asking for the games to be turned into CSM's.

Concur on T.P. But before you go, know that limits are quite low, it's a long drive from anywhere, they'll have maybe two or three tables going, and if you get smoked there's nothing else close and your day is shot.

Redhawk has the first tables I've ever seen that have even money payoffs on blackjack. They also have some also at 6-5 and still quite a few at 3-2. I believe the even money blackjack tables have $5 minimums, and the table on the non-smoking floor also has even money. Can 4 to 5 be far behind?

I recall seeing an even money shoe BJ game at Monte Carlo LV several years ago, towards the back near the food court, $5 table.

In a less than proud moment in my blackjack journey, i inadvertently wonged into a $3 1:1 BJ table at Pauma a few years ago. I had been looking at the felt I believe but didn’t see anything or a sign although there was a small one. About 4-5 hands in I got paid $200 on a $200 blackjack. Yes, I was that idiot. But not for the 6th hand.
