How large bankroll is required? Do you think 500 is enough? RoR?

$500 is more than likely not enough -- even for the $5 tables. Like Aussie said, we'd need more information to give you an accurate answer.

Assume it is normal penetration and normal rules, you need 200x your max bet.

So you need 1200u for 0.5% RoR.
