Double after split aloowed;
Late surrender;
dealer peeks (US style)
75% penetration – stop the card 104;
FIXES BET $ 5 ON THE TRUE COUNT SMALLER +1.
FIXES BET $ 100 ON THE TRUE COUNT EQUAL OR LARGER +1.

Result:

+ 16600.00 betting $100 ;
-740.00 The betting $5 .

What would be the result estimated for a real game in this style?

But, to answer your question, if you were permitted to play, the win rate is just under $20 an hour, at $19.34, assuming I18 and Fab 4 indices.

There is a line from one of the Huge Grant/Sandra Bullock movies where she says something like "he is the worse person on earth" and he replies "have you met everyone on earth?". Your "every casino on the face of the earth" response reminded me of that. :laugh: But perhaps you have played most casinos on earth....I don't know.

Anyway, even in my limited little corner of earth, there are some casinos that are more tolerant with max bets below $100. So perhaps if the OP were to drop his +1 bets to $80 or $90, he could last 45 minutes. :laugh:

In all seriousness, I have thought about such a style playing my green level. On the plus side, you would have fewer jumps in wager, which is where I believe attention begins to mount. But on the negative side, that first jump would be a killer...a huge attention draw.

It is almost a pure wong style except instead of playing zero at counts below +1, the OP wants to play $5. So what might be almost as effective is to move the wong point to 0, play off the top at $100, but aggressively exit negative counts (play 0 instead of $5).

I'll bet the results would be similar except you would be jumping in and out and around an aweful lot. One positive would be that all bets would have cracked the $100 "check point" barrier, so you would be avoiding that. You could even bump up to $200 at the +1 mark. A 1-2 spread shouldn't make any difference as far as heat/attention (at most places)

There is a reason that I don't play that way. I have determined that it wouldn't work (for me) based on my own situation and top priority of longevity, so I have developed an approach that has worked (at least so far).

But, it isn't clear to me what the OP's situation and objective is. Perhaps he plays or is looking to play only occasionally, and such an approach might allow that. All I was really suggesting is that such an approach would likely allow for a bit more longevity than jumping from $5 to $100 in one jump, with results in the same range.

Who cares? This is an irrational betting scheme. Actually, it would be a rational betting scheme if you had a $300,000 bankroll and the table max was $100, but otherwise it makes no sense and in that case why aren't you spreading to 2 or 3 hands? You should be sizing your bets to correspond to your advantage. A good and conservative rule of thumb is to bet 20% of your advantage. Is if you have a 1% advantage, then you bet .2% of your bankroll. If you have a 300k bankroll you should bet $600. It makes no sense to bet the same at TC 2 as at TC3.
