Find the standard deviation of the mean profit...

Variance per round in dollars: $211.90
Rounds played: 6,066
Average bet per round: $2.5
$1,133.75. (There's no way to know what the mean profit is, and it isn't needed to know the global standard deviation.)

average lead is 0.75% per round

TC ramp + 2 = 10 + 3 = 20 + 4 = 40 + 5 = 60

Not sure what you're getting at. You claim to have already calculated the per-round variance. Then you gave the number of rounds. That gives the variance for the total number of rounds you played. The square root of that is the s.d. for all the rounds you played. Your ramp or e.v. are immaterial to the s.d. calculation.
