you can't.

Is there ever any logic as to why someone would bet a certain way? Is the house edge always the same regardless of where you place your bets? That's my understanding of how it works, but I only play blackjack so I haven't thought much about it.

I'm about to start reading "get the edge at roulette" by sharpshooter. Same guy that did get the edge at craps. He should be attacking the roulette question as a physics problem, which would work. Also getting russell barnhart's book in soon. There seems to be very little GOOD info on this subject for some reason, even though, an edge is possible.

On another note, I'm about to approach a dealer that I get along with, about some of the inner workings of her casino. This should be great because I run into her at my buddy's restaurant. Buy her a few drinks, hit on her a bit, then BAM! Note to APs. Biased wheels still exist!

Will have to write book reports on these books once I finish reading them.

It is by sharpshooter aka chris pawlicki. I also have some interest in buying professional roulette by laurence scott, but the system is about 300-700 bucks. I've just been reading his forum from time to time, and it seems like the real deal. But I'm not interested in taking that much of a money plunge yet.

any books that discusses physics, trajectories, dealer signature, biased wheels(somewhat) should be a good book.
