Rules at Potawatami in Milwaukee, WI?

Has anyone been to Potawatami in Milwaukee lately? I'm new to BJ and was hoping that someone could give me a heads up on what to expect. I know they play H17, but any other info on their shoe and pitch games (pen, surrender, DAS, DOA, etc) would be greatly appreciated ^_^

Thanks in Advance,
Kyle

are you talking about Northern Lights?
if so just recently they only had two tables running, total.
a six deck and a double deck. pen on the six deck was 4/6 (very poor). there was no surrender but they allowed das.
lol, before i could scope out the double deck they closed the table.

Hmmm, I don't believe this is the same casino. The Potawatami casino I'm curious about is located in the city of Milwaukee, WI. IIRC, Northern Lights is in northern WI.

Thanks,
Kyle

I think the confusion is a result of Potawatami being the owner of both places.

I believe you're right... from living here in WI, I do know that the tribe used to be located in those areas. I wonder if their games are similar...

I've not played at either place nor have heard any reports about conditions.

Pot Rules

Casino is large after expansion with 2 sections. Limits are generally 5/10-200, 15-500, 25-1000 on 6D. Rules are crappy although I guess they could be worse. h17,ds no surrender or resplit of aces. Pretty typical for the Midwest.

They added 4 tables of 2D in the HL pit. 25-500 limits with rules h17,d10,ds. Pen varied by dealer but about .8 average.

Terrible rules, what a joke.

Yeah, I went for the first time the other day and couldn't find a decent game -- exactly as you described. There were several pits, but the majority of 6D games were 10-200 with 5-7 players (3 or 4 tables were 5-200, but were packed and for handicaped players)... the 2D pitch games were nearly all heads up, but were 25 min and crap like you said. All in all, it was a very disappointing first experience for me.
