Anyone have any insight into:

1) when tables games will open in Bethlehem?
2) rules, etc that we are likely to find there?

They're allowed, but they're allowed everywhere. Not likely that they will elect to use them on all the tables, as no other casino does. But surrender is state law and can't be taken away arbitrarily.

Did you see the minimum 25% cutoff and the line above it in the bulletin was interesting too.

If it's a MS store, they'll probably kill it with 33% cutoff and not allow you to split 10's either.

Maybe we shouldn't count our chickens before they hatch for the knowledge we release will kill them all.

It wasn't a firm minimum, it was "at least approximately." So I am sure 80% pen won't be impossible to find. What I found curious is that all hands are to be called dead if the dealer sticks a non-ten or ace in the hole card reader, and it conveys info to the players, like the "no peek" device. If a dealer really wanted to cheese a player off they would be within their legal right to check their 6 up in the reader when the player has a bj. Oops, you know I don't have soft 17 now, dead hand!

They would be violating the rules for dealing the game if they did that. It might make an interesting challenge- if the dealer does something like that, can he be sued for negligence in costing you the profit from the hand? Or charged with cheating if it appears he has done it intentionally? The dealer cannot be allowed to void a hand any time he does not like what he sees on the layout.

75% pen can be a very good thing.

Also, is there an allowance for any sidebets (other than insurance)?
