...At a true count of +2, you've got an advantage over the house of like .5%. Multiply that by the 12-14 units you're betting at that advantage, and that comes out to. . .let's see. . .I figure if you aren't seeing 6% returns, the casino is obviously cheating.
I assume you actually are kidding since you later say "it was important to be wrong in every conceivable way."?

Nailed that one lol.

On the off-chance you actually may not be kidding, here's a little-publicized secret-tip unknown to most.

All it takes is to just bet 400 units at TC+2, when you have that 0.5% adv over the house, so you now are enjoying a 200% advantage over the house.

Should take much less time to see the casino is cheating you compared to a, merely only impossible anyway, measly 6% adv.

Just, most likely, more of that "CW" stuff for you to ignore lol.

another 250+ unit loss session

After that disastrous 250+ units lost in a session, went to a different indian casino in California and lost 360+ units in 2 days 20 hour session. It was a 6 deck S17, no LS, 1.5 deck penetration.
When i play, i'm always the highest roller in the joint betting table max on my max count 5+.
Here is my question: How honest a game can be in an indian casino when you are the biggest bettor in the joint betting table max? Someone told me that the probablity of losing another 250+ units after losing 250+ units previously was 0.01 %. Am i extremely unlucky or am i being cheated (second dealing/gaffed shoe/ Hi-low card sequence). BTW I use Hi-Lo counting method and my counting is extremely accurate.

While I am amazed with your losing streak, I am more amazed that you were allowed to play for 20 hours in 2 days at 1 casino, spreading to the max. They would have certainly figured you out by then. Maybe they were taking money from you.

100% of my loss came from their 6 decks S17, no LS games. On their DD with horrible 40% penetration i was pretty much even spreading 1-8 units. PB knew well i was counting, i even overheard them talking about me using Hi-Lo and even joked at couple of instances where i put my max bet that a black jack should come out for sure. I guess they figured out that their game wasn't beatable with their horrible penetration -40%- (sometimes it just felt it was a Single deck instead of DD with playing 3 rounds before the shuffle), even with a 1-8 spread.
My feeling is that as long as i was losing $, they could patiently wait and tolerate my spreading since i was their biggest customer.

There's something wrong with this picture, IMHO. If they know you're counting, and placing big bets, and they let you continue, they must figure you're not actually playing with an advantage. Casino's are not charity operations.

Now I wonder (if) why you weren't playing with an advantage?

The casino was the only one in the area and i didn't want to drive far.
I learned the hard way that there is not a single one casino worth to go in southern California with all their horrid penetration levels. I'll try L.V next time.

the rules you describe are not the best rules available in SoCal, nor is the PEN.

Losing happens. My BR is eroded to 50% of its max after 3 several day sessions. i'm not happy about it, but it's life, i double checked my game, and it was solid. high risk, means sometimes you don't come out on top. My first two years were painless, doubling bankroll 3 times in 18 months.....
