I found it to be disappointing. They had this Shift Manager on for 1 hour but the two hosts babbled on amongst themselves for 20 minutes before asking him a question. The SM's voice was disguised using some kind of computer voice to protect his identity and was difficult to understand. Anything above a one word answer was inaudible. Then they started talking to some other guy about something for 20 minutes and I lost interest. With five minutes left in the show they finally started asking some good questions with the SM again using the producer to answer for the SM because the voice disguiser really didn't work. Its too bad they had this guy for an hour and only about 10 minutes was spent with the SM.
There were some good questions like which bet spreads are safe for the counter?
1 deck 1-4
2 deck 1-6
6 deck 1-8
The SM also mentioned if you show up wearing a ball cap and sunglasses they will automatically assume you are a counter which I've heard before. With the spread of the internet the casinos are becoming more paranoid as more card counters are starting to show up .
I just felt the hosts really didn't take advantage of the time they had with this guy other than that I did pick up a few little things.
