shuffling machines

I have a question, here in Arizona some of the Indian casinos only have 6 deck shoes on the $25 tables, and those automatic shufflers on everything lower. I could be wrong but it seems like those machines produce more wins for the casino than with shoes. Am i crazy or is it I haven't enough to see anything different.

Are they CSM's or ASM's?

If they are ASM's, the dealer deals a whole shoe and puts the discards in the rack while and second stack of 6 decks is in the machine being shuffled. If this is what they are using, it only increases casino profits because more hands are being dealt per hour and it can be beat by cardcounting.

If they are CSM's, only one stack of cards is in use and it is continuously in use. After a hand or a few hands, the dealer will take all the discards and re-insert them into the machine where they will be mixed in with the remaining cards. This also produces more profit for the casino because of more hands per hour but also can not be defeated by cardcounting. Generally only found on the lowest limit tables because blackjack players with experience will not play on it for both good and superstitious reasons.

thanks

They must be the CSM machines because the cards are put back in every hand or so. I dont like playing with them at all because the dealer seems to get 19 and 20 ALOT! Anyways, thanks so much for answering my question.
