soft 18 vs 10 when true count +3 +4 need help!

I when casino this weekend, for two times when true count is +4 i bet big and got soft 18 vs dealer 10. Both time i hit and got busted, what do u do at this situation, its four deck dealer stay soft 17 game, lost lot money that two hands :(

By the way im using high lo

you don't seem to have stated the full rules. but it seems you played the hands according to basic strategy. also you didn't mention your bet spread. one has to hope that your big bet at tc = 4 was sized properly with respect to your bankroll.
at any rate, you experienced one of the less pleasant nuances of expectation, it isn't always achieved in the short run.

Thanks for reply, did i do the right thing when true count is that high?

Looks like you did the right thing. In Stanford Wongs book "Professional Blackjack" it doesnt show any indices for soft 18 vs 10 in a S17 game, only to hit although you would stand with a soft 18 vs A at a TC+1 or higher in the same game

Again, there is no indices for soft 18 vs a 9 so always hit. That is according to "Professional Blackjack"

You do stand soft eighteen vs dealer ace in a S17 game at a +1 true count. Other than that always hit soft eighteen vs dealer 9, T or A, AFAIK.
