I did see what I thought was a craps table at a casino in the midlands, but it wasn't - it was a UK dice table where there's no pass line or odds and most (if not all) of the bets are of the high house edge, proposition variety, ie throw a seven, get paid out at 4-1 (a 16.67% HE).

I think the problem with craps tables in the UK, or lack of them, is the availability of staff trained to work them??
