Specific Casino rules for BJ?

Are there any threads for specific casino rules? Having trouble finding a lot of rules for CA casinos and South Lake casinos. Maybe we can start a thread and have everyone post rules for casinos and sticky it? I could start by posting rules for Thunder Valley DD, since this is the only place I have been to in quite a while. Let me know what you guys think.

It's funny you should bring this up. Just last week I was thinking about how sparse info on rules for NorCal casinos is. I was considering a little "tour" of the area with a notepad, but still haven't gotten around to it.

The only free and clustered info available for this part of the world - conveniently accompanied by notes and house edge calculation - are the following pages on Thunder Valley, Red Hawk and Cache Creek.
