What is the best way to go about doing this?
Team play with 2 people

Combine your bankrolls and size your bets according to the new total. After each session total up both players results and divide up the winnings/losses. Your EV will rise and those nasty negative flux's will be reduced...(most of the time)

What I don't understand
I understand 2 or more players combining bankrolls and using spotters placing minimal bets and calling in The Big Player to make large bets-I get it.
What I don't get is 2 or more players combining bankrolls and playing at separate tables or even separate casinos. If they are playing at the same time how can they all bet as though they all have the larger (combined) bankroll?
I have to assume the 2 or more team members are playing at different times-am I right?
Do I misunderstand the second scenerio?

Rogue I thought you were a big-time team leader? If you If two players add $5,000 to the team pot then they can each play as though they each individually had a $10,000 bankroll. Oh Man I thought you were a guru.

I never suggested I was any kind of team leader though perhaps you think I'm the great Radu! Anyway,it doesn't make sense to me that 2 or more team members can play with the same bankroll at the same time and make the big bets as if one player were playing off that bankroll.

Suddenly you have one uber-player with a $10,000 bankroll playing 40 hours a week?
Guess which makes more money?
I don't do teamplay myself (have friends I trust, friends with money, but not both). I think the only logistical concern would be splitting of the bankroll when you're both out gambling at the same time. In which case you can split the bankroll in half, bet proportionately to the full bankroll, and hope for the best.

YES. Forget the spotters, etc. a combined BR has the effect of one player with bigger bank playing 2-3-4-5x, etc. as fast.
With no increased risk. zg

YES. They MUST be at seperate table, otherwise the advantage is blown and you'll be overbetting the bank. zg

I will not go into detail on a public board. It does not take genius to figure it out for yourself, but a two person team, on the same table can be devistating against surviellance programs and things like Mindplay.
Eleven sessions vs Mindplay, 7 wins, of which 4 were huge, 4 loses of which 1 was huge. Heat none, backoffs none.

The advantage is exactly the same, only the risk is higher due to covariance.
