Does anybody know the rules that were in place for BJ at Crown Casino when it FIRST opened in 1994? It would be good to gauge an understanding of how far it has deteriorated since then. Less decks, S17 etc.?

8d S17 RSA, split to 3 hands, soft doubling allowed, over/under bets on most tables.

Also when did 'Vegas Blackjack' and 'Premium Doubling Blackjack' disappear?

I have never known Premium Doubling BJ to actually exist on the floor. Vegas, however, was out in force in 2007(?) in the Teak Room for a matter of a few weeks before it was pulled from the floor.
