You're probably talking about Ralph in K.C. He had a part-time job as a process server. He went up to a house to knock on the door & the person he was trying to serve shot at him through the screen door, taking a couple of fingers off. Believe it or not, he was just as good BEFORE he lost his fingers!

He's no longer in the business, so I guess it's okay to talk about him now. We beat him for 18k in one hour; they figured out the play; barred my partner & I ; then they accused him of cheating & fired him, and had him blackballed from working in any of the Kansas City casinos.

I reckon that handicapped dealer was a victim of collateral damage...Hmm...all you wanted was to win the casino's cash... and used the cash to pay for your 3 kids in colleges , and NOT tried to get Ralph fired from his job. Poor Ralph :sad:. Perhaps Ralph should find a job in AC casinos because NJ DOL & CCC protect handicapped dealers better than other States , i.e., one of the handicapped dealers in Casino1001 had screwed up big time with a pitboss who attempted to get her fired. However, "screwups" are expected from handicapped dealers who're protected by NJ DOL & CCC, so she's still working in Casino1001 :grin:.

I still don't understand how tipping a dealer will convey to him the fact you want better penetration. If that were the case, 1, he would know your a counter, 2, anyone tipping is a counter, 3, every casino would have a lot more tables with a lot better penetration because gamblers typically bet....makes no sense....

Thats what I've been asking -
1. If only "buying" extra pene, how much extra can I tip and still have a +EV in trade-off for pene?
2. What techniques will work for buying pene with tips?

At this dump you can probably get away with "I'll give you X$ a shoe to cut less then 1 deck off, deal?" and then proceed to spread min to max.

If true then its pretty goddamn stupid that this Tico character names the place.

There was a dealer in Connecticut with missing fingers. He dealt just fine.

In AC I've been noticing a few dealers with symptoms of mental illness and drug use. I suppose there's a way to exploit that, but in two cases the dealers went off on paranoid rants and had to be relieved. That's unwanted attention.

Now if I find a dealer who is on drugs/off his meds and convince him to show me his hole card or mispay me, I wonder if that can be construed as illegal collusion with the dealer.

Before I started aping I had a job I hated. I got high at work. If I was a dealer I would have to be high outta my mind to put up with the bullshit for minimum wage.

So it doesn't surprise me when I see dealers showing signs of being high or drunk.
