Was I photographed?

While cashing out a non-suspicious amount at the MGM Grand ($140?), I suspect I was photographed. The cashier reached to his left, moved a mouse, pushed a button, and the computer made a faint "click" (in addition to the physical click of the mouse). It was faint enough so that I only heard it because it was unusually quiet - it sounded like I was not supposed to hear the click.

Was I photographed?

If yes, is this standard practice that I've never noticed it before, or did they finally catch on to me?

Hmm... I would definitely not worry about it. But, I also wouldn't play that property for awhile, since you're in Vegas and you can play wherever the hell you want. No need to ever get burned out if you're in vegas.

Sounds more like maybe the computer just had a speaker that played a noise every time an interface button was clicked.

odds are it wasnt a photo being taken. every major casino i have been to has an eye staring at every cage window, so they automatically have video of you cashing out to take a still photo from later on, no need for another one.

UNLESS... WAIT... did the cashier say "smile" as she handed you your money? that might be a little suspicious :joker:
