You're playing in AC and the table is using an ASM. When it's time to shuffle again, you notice that a few 10 cards got stuck in the machine that the dealer didn't notice. Do you have the right to request your money back for that shoe?

How would they do that?
I was playing at the EC one night when the pitboss leaned down and picked up a Queen off the floor. I had no idea how long it was down there, but in a DD game, it's a big hit. After a bit of bitching, she gave me a $10 food comp.

i dont know about the ASM question but one day at a high end place i sat down at a CSM to play when i noticed something from a few tables away. the dealer was flipping the cards over twice (to turn them the way they came out of the machine) she was loading the cards upside down and they were comin out faceup, great for split aces (with resplits) and doubles as well as betting for the next hand. took 10 mins for this to be caught by the dealer while the table filled up
