When to Double Down on a Soft 21?

After splitting 10's what would the TC need to be to DD on a soft 21?
So high as to be irrelevant; probably north of +12 (HiLo/per-deck).

The more important question is... (I got this Don)
...Why in the hell did you write tens in the plurality with an apostrophe denoting possession??

LOL! But, you might want to change "in the plurality" to "in the plural." :) (Note period inside quotes.)

14, 12, 10, 8, 8 vs. 2-6 respectively.

Meanwhile, ... don't do it!!

Do you have the indices for halves? I'm guessing it would be maybe 15, 13, 11, 9, 9?

Your guess is good enough...
...knowing the precise index ADDS NOTHING (as does even using it).

My guess would be indices that are virtually the same as Hi-Lo.
