Why no hot dealers?

I have not come across any good looking dealers where we go. In fact, just the opposite. The female dealers that I see are ugly old hippies with tattooed fingers or extremely heavy. And why do male dealers have mullets? Is that the hairstyle of preference? :devil:

Casinos are depraved organizations and the attractive women probably get shifted to more desirable jobs.

Strangely enough, at the Foxwoods MGM there is an attractive cleaning lady wandering around with a broom and pan. She's also cheerful and well-spoken, stopping to say hello to players as she sweeps. Maybe she's too decent to blow one of the scumbags who runs the place and get a waitress job.
 
It would be nice to have someone hot to look at once in a while. The cocktail waitresses aren't around long enough and most of them aren't even real hot anymore.
 
Must depend on where you are. Locally, I'd say most casinos have at least one or two attractive (female) dealers. I'll leave it to others to judge the looks of the gentlemen.

In Vegas, things might cluster. When I finally checked out the Please Pit at Planet Ho, I was happily surprised to see that even the ugliest dealer there was still pretty damn good looking.

Frankly I think it's downright embarrassing to see drunk ploppies trying in vain to flirt with these "hot dealers."

However, this one girl at Binions had breasts so big I had trouble focusing and had to find another table.

A lot of the dealers aren't attractive because of self-selection - dealing, especially at larger casinos, takes skill, and attractive women can probably find more profitable jobs with less skill required.

And by "less skill," I mean "fewer clothes."

Are the dealers at the high limit rooms any more female or any more attractive than regular dealers?

This. It's one of the few casinos where the dealers are more attractive than the hookers, and not just because the dealers are more attractive in general.
 
Yea - I definitely have to second the PH dealers...penetration may be terrible (and out of your league in the other sense), but they are pretty damn hot. I'd have to think they are more prone to mistakes also. Women who look that good and are bright can make a lot more money in other areas (obviously stripping, but good looking intelligent women have it easy in most other fields as well..sales comes to mind...)

I didn't see any of the working girls there, but eww.

Incidentally, while some of the dealers at PHo were OBVIOUSLY new, and sometimes visibly struggling with adding up hand totals (or verbally calling out every surrender with the dollar amount), at least one dealer had about 5 years of dealing experience, and just happened to be hot, and so got a gig at the new pit. So there's a big range of skill levels.

But really, lots of places do the party pit thing, Pussycat dolls lounge obviously, but I think even Flamingo had cute girls in go-go boots dealing by their entrance. And of course there's Hooters, but there even some of the Hooters Girls dealer had faces that looked like they'd been kicked by a mule. (I'm sure they're fine people on the inside)

Every summer, Harrah's Lake Tahoe hires young female Polish dealers to work for the season. They have temporary work permits and go back to Poland after the summer. Many are quite attractive. The single ladies are looking for possible marriage while in the United States. Why would they care about a card counter while pursuing a higher priority, like a life partner? They don't sweat house money and deal a fair game.

Also try the Pussycat Dolls pit at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

PCD lounge has a slew of unusually bad rules (D9 or D10, nLS, nRS, nDAS), and the Flamingo pit by the entrance is 6:5 (it's not on the felt, it's on a tiny sign hidden behind the ashtrays as I found out the hard way). As far as I know, the PHo party pit is the only party pit with standard Strip rules (6D, H17, DA2, DAS, LS), but I didn't exactly scour the Strip as I'm not usually playing when most party pits are open (Fri/Sat nights). These are just the ones I happened to see as I was walking around.

Hey Jack, what's wrong with mullets? I had one myself about 18 years ago. I think Steven Segal might still have one. Maybe you failed to read the tattooes, mate, because if you did, you may have picked up a voodoo tip for that hand, such as FTW could easily be seen as: 'Flow this way.' I bet you lost. :cat:

Tall big blond they use near the front doors? If so I've played with her a few... I'd post her name but I ain't gonna' do it, lol. You guys will have to visit for yourselves.
 
If you are a hot woman in Vegas, and even if you don't want to strip or do anything like that, you want a job where you don't share tips with all the uglies. Hot women in Vegas can make good money on much easier jobs. Upscale restaurants in Vegas tend to have the absolute hottest hostesses, bartenders and/or servers.
