If you suspect collusion on the table, just leave the table. Simple as that. If you're not part of the collusion, there can't be any evidence.
Seconded. I've been mispaid and stuck around multiple times. Tired dealers = bad for the casino but good for us when it's not actual collusion going on.

If you see it once, let it slide. If you see the dealer exposing his hole card intentionally twice, play like you don't know the hole card value, then immediately stop counting, keep your bet the same till you lose everything you won at the table or leave immediately if you're down. If you're not winning, you won't be a suspect. Collusion is illegal, counting is legal.

I don't get the point? Why lose your winnings? You didn't conspire with anyone, there is no evedence of you splitting winnings with the dealer? Why leave the table? You are doing nothing wrong, the dealer is screwing up. You're not cheating, you're playing the best you can with what you see at the table. Running makes you look like you've been caught in the act. Ever watch a cop show where, when the cops chase down someone and they say, "I didn't do anything" what's the first thing the cop ask? "then why did you run?

I meant if you see the dealer obviously cheating (more than once) such as paying a push, paying someone twice, etc. on more than one occasion.
You can't prove if a dealer is doing this intentionally. Just like they can't bust you for collusion you're not doing.
