When the Count is High should I play 2 hands of 100 or 1 hand for 200?

my two cents most cardcounters spread to two hands when they have a relatively significant advantage. (i.e.: some just backcount until the hi-lo is around +2 or so and some of them just start betting two hands from the time they sit down until they get up; some guys just bet one hand until it...

Inside the mind of a bj pro

Sounds like you successfully put yourself through Blackjack Bootcamp. Now, it's time to actually play. Get used to playing for a while. Try to get some experience at the tables AND WIN SOME MONEY AT THE SAME TIME. Don't go over your head with betting but use all that training to make sure...

    Top ten mistakes of counting?

The "Body Mass Index" for a male does define that as 10 lbs overweight which some may construe as "fat." But don't worry, I don't think you are fat. To answer it seriously: Personally, the most amount of money that I've ever had in ACTUAL CASH was about $33,000. And to give you an idea of...

    Thorpes Ultimate Count

A.M. already answered your question but I just wanted to add that I don't think another system, using integers, would have a better betting correllation than TUC. I practiced it for like an hour and got down to about 45 seconds per deck. That said, it's like a Level 11! Halves also counts...

I would assume that you are correct but this guy's saying that he was told not to come back by some casinos and simply told to leave by another casino. But still, I see what you're saying--you would think they would have to read him the trespass act for that state so that it would be formal notice?

Neither in NJ. NV has a hotel law that says that a hotel/saloon/casino owner could kick out a patron with the threat of trespass charges upon the patron's return as long as it's not in vioulation of the Civil Rights Acts. Casino owners in NJ do not have that right.

    Casino Cheating at Blackjack

I once saw three or four fours and fives get caught in an 8D ASM but the pit crew could not see what happened from their vantage point and no warning light came on. They also were shuffling one color while dealing another like in your example. So, I kept CC'g that shoe with that knowledge. I...

    Casino Cheating at Blackjack

Okay, this brings a whole new light on the subject. They probably did not "cheat you" in one sense of the word. Tens and/or aces probably did get stuck in the machine and they probably "knew" that that machine has had "problems" in the past. They probably don't want to pay to have it serviced...

Lol I only got 86'd once in my life and that was exactly what I did!--stupid! It's my understanding that if any property sends you a current mailer, inviting you to said property, you are "innocent" of trespassing because that mailer acts as a "written invitation" and thus, makes any...

The effect of CSMs for BS players?

"consumers" A BS Player is just like any other civillian except that they LOSE a little less on average. Therefore, you could call him a BS player, a civillian, a ploppy or a "customer"--it doesn't matter. That said, the more customers who play CSM or 6:5 blackjack or Sp21 or SuperFun, are...

    Mandalay Bay Heat

I still love it when they bring in an ultra fast dealer as a "counter-measure" against a card counter. LOL--sometimes I'll follow her around the casino to the different blackjack tables until she goes on break or something. I fall in love with those dealers. In fact, one of the most...

Comp Questions At Harrah's Diamond Level

Yeah, I think you're answering your own questions It is a common tactic to dangle the privileges of the next tier when a host thinks that he can pressure you into achieving that tier. Generally, HET comps are "stingy" at all tiers. The action to comp ratio isn't very good at any of them...

Do Players Clubs Flag AP Players?

Sometimes they aren't sure if you are a "good" CC'r or a genuine "AP."* The casinos with the capability of making notations in its comp system, may make a notation such as "SKILLED" in this case.* In modern times, the casinos know that a "bad" CC'r may play perfect BS (usually the first symptom...

Took a sh*t! 5k loss lol.... Caesars Windsor!

Buy Andersen's book and then find the section where he talk's about a "note on an attorney's letterhead" reguarding carrying large sums of cash. The lawyer may charge you something. My father-in-law is my attorney so my letter was free. I put my bankroll in a ziplock and then wrap the letter...
