Please be advised that withdrawal requests have a 48-hour waiting period
(depending on your player rating) from the request date, as per our withdrawal
policy. Your withdrawal request will be displayed in 'Pending Withdrawals' under
the software cashier section until the day it is processed.
All of our players need to provide certain information with their first cash-in
request. If you have already sent us the documents below, you do not need to
send them again.
Please photocopy the following documents and fax them to 1-416-777-2891 or
1-888-557-8851 to the attention of the Security Department. You can also scan
the documents, attach them to your email and forward them to
[email protected]
- Your credit/debit card (front and back)
- Your credit/debit card statement
- A valid photo ID (example: Passport, Drivers License, etc...)
If you do not have a credit/debit card please fax/scan the following:
- A valid photo ID
- The top part of your bank statement
- The top part of a utility statement (phone bill, electrical bill, etc...).
