no I dont think you can. I lost $70 of my own money on Starluck. And just cleared a $50 profit on planetluck. I think you have to meet the WR before any cash outs can be made. How far along are you on the WR?
not even close. id say about 3 or 4 hundred through. i went through about a 20 hand losing streak. it was awful. oh well i guess im still up about $300 from others. i guess i just have to keep plugging away at $2 a hand. im into my original 100.

I know exactly how you feel the exact same thing happened to me. At one point I literally lost 15 hands in a row then won one and lost the next 8. What other sites have you done well on I am thinking about bet365,but for the next few weeks my time is very limited so I doubt I will have time to play.

I just played Planetluck at a friend's house and got clobbered. Making all $1 and $2 bets, I lost the bonus plus $30 of my deposit. I'd say that's pretty far off the EV.

could you cash out your initial deposit without meeting the WR?

In my wanders through the casinos the only two that I have seen where this is possible is InterCasino and William Hill. I have never tried to cashout before meeting the WR though, so don't accept that as gospel.

I've just finished my 3 monthly bonuses for March.

Intercasino - $100 bonus, $70 profit
Eurobet - $25 bonus, $50 profit
Littlewoods - $88 bonus, $123 profit (coverted from GBP)

It was a pretty good month all around.
Nice ones Leon. Sorry about the Planetluck mishap. I'm actually glad I have both Starluck and Planetluck off my To Do list.

EuroBet
Bonus chip reload of 25 for wagering 625 (either £ or $). Other currencies have their own bonus scheme.
Note this is a RELOAD. You will not receive the chips until you hit the WR.
WR of 25 X Bonus = 625 for the bonus.
Minimum wager at Blackjack is 1 chip.
They offer a single deck Blackjack game with very good odds.

I found it difficult to get in the game here. That may by due to several factors:
1. I was playing with pounds rather than dollars. This made me think twice before upping my wagers.
2. I only deposited £75. Such a small bankroll only served to magnify my reluctance to push out a substantial wager.
This is a no download casino, meaning it is flash based. Nothing wrong with that, and the graphics were substantially superior to most download casinos. I did have some odd things happen. Twice I exited the program and on rejoining the game was told I already had a game in progress that I needed to complete. Of course I wouldn't exit with a hand in progress, and one time the wager was for £5 ... that is about 5 times what my wagers really were. But at the end of the hand, it didn't matter who won or lost because no funds were added or extracted! I'm not sure what caused these glitches, but since there was actually no money in play it was no big deal. By the way, I WON THE HAND FOR THE £5! Lol ... just figures that it didn't count. :(
I was slowly worked down to £55 where I pretty much stayed until hitting the WR of £625. I cashed out shortly after that at £80. Nothing lost and a small gain. I'll try them again next month and spank the hell out of them. Or get spanked. Any way you look at it some spanking is definately going to be going on this time next month.

Super Vegas Casino
Bonus match of $30.00 for deposit of $30.00 to $99.00.
25% bonus match for deposits of $100.00 to $400.00.
Maximum bonus possible is $100.00 for a $400.00 deposit.
WR of 20 X Bonus.
You CANNOT wager the bonus until satisfying the WR.
Minimum wager at Blackjack is $1.00.

If you're on a budget, a $30.00 match for a $30.00 deposit with a WR of only $600.00 isn't a bad deal. However, it does suck that you can't use the bonus chips to wager until you meet that WR. It would be safer to deposit a bit more for those swings that are always lurking around. Or, if you're a greedy bastard like me, you deposit the entire $400.00 so you get the maximum bonus. Super Vegas Casino is part of Sportingbet, a huge publicly traded company. They are safe and have a reputation for rapid payouts.
edit: I cashed out at 4 and my Neteller account was credited at 11 on the same day. Seven hours from cashout to payment qualifies as rapid in my book.
I started at $2.00 a hand, but after a few hundred hands things got ugly. I had been just hanging around my starting point of $400.00, but in less than half an hour of crap hands that was at $340.00. I shut off my computer and went to bed.
Last night I returned after resolving to play only $1.00 a hand. This seemed to please the blackjack gods as I began climbing immediately. Over the 4 hours I played tonight I enjoyed a slow but steady climb back to my $400.00 start, and bumped over that by a few dollars before dipping again. I hit what I thought was the WR with $392.00. However, it appears that this casino doesn't count the additional wagers involved in double downs and splits towards the WR, but only the original bet. That left me with an additional $38.00 to be wagered. I banged that out, but managed to lose $4.00 in the process. I cashed in my comp points for two bucks and after getting the $100.00 bonus I cashed out an even $490.00.
If you play this casino, the best way to track where you are in relation to the WR is with the COMP menu. One hundred comp points is equal to a thousand dollars in wagers.

Gregory, I wouldn't give up on Starluck and Planetluck. They're two of the best deals out there, with the low WR and the very fast play. I've had some good success with both of them in the past. This recent time was the worst luck I've ever had playing on-line and I only lost $30. Playing $2 a hand, you can finish in under an hour if you know BS well. It's definitely worth it.

I heard a while ago that they might be going under. I looked up the forum where I heard the news and nothing new has been posted. A lot of people say the withdrawls take a while to process and a bunch of people said the casino was 'fixed' but I never know how much to pay attention to that.

well i used neteller for 888.com (bad idea so i had to clear the WR of 10,000 )and ended up losing $30 of my own money after being impatient. I lost the bonus at william hill but could cash out my original deposit. but from the others i am up just under $500.00

Another one you can try is Sands of the Caribbean. Its not the best but its not a sticky bonus. Unfortunately you have to wait for a pin. The thing I didn't like about this casino is the bonus is only $50 and the minimum bet was $3 so a bad run could see you lose it, worth a try though.

Edited: Unless there is a good reason for avoiding pin # definitely sign up for Inter Casino as well.

Seriously add InterCasino. The PIN does arrive in about 10 days, but by ignoring InterCasino you are ignoring not only a generous signup bonus but a monthly cashable bonus of a $100.00 match. Once you have the PIN, withdrawals are credited to your account in a matter of two days (at least for mine).

for the pin number can you request to have it mailed right away or do you have to wait for your first withdrawl request for it to be mailed.

Golden Palace
STICKY BONUS of 300% up to $100.00 for first time users.
WR of 4 X Deposit + Bonus = $1600.00
Bonus is never cashable and is only for wagering with.
You need to phone customer service after you deposit for the bonus.
My first sticky bonus and despite my sincerest attempts, it didn't work out. No big deal, I basically wrote off the $100.00 I put in since the risk factor is so huge with this type of bonus. I played Blackjack Surrender exactly per the basic strategy guide for 6 deck play and used the Strategy Guide for Sticky Bonuses for my wagering guide:
http://www.bonusbug.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=casino;action=display;num=1109733978 (Archive copy)
I was never up more than $100.00, but what killed me were the last five hands:

Start______Wager______Win_______Balance______House_______Me
$462.50___$75.00______$0.00_____$387.50_______8/10_______5/7/Q
$387.50___$75.00______$0.00_____$312.50_______J/3/7_______9/Q
$312.50___$150.00_____$0.00_____$162.50_______Q/J________5/6/2
$162.50___$75.00______$0.00_____$87.50________10/Q_______7/Q
$87.50____ $87.00______$0.00_____$0.50_________9/6______10/2/10

Five big losers in a row. Notice on the third hand that I had an 11 that caught a 2 on the double down. That brought a frown to my face.
