I've heard some FB bettors remark that the picks get harder the further you progress into the season. I guess the skinny on the teams gets better and better which is not good for the bettor. lol Good lines = bad bets. Is this right, oh, most revered one? Keep up the good work! :toast:

yes it does get tougher

as injuries, weather , team moods of the losers and the winners all play into making a wager . Some teams now realize they have a shot at the playoffs and are taking their game to a new level while other teams are playing to end the season and the players are not playing hard so they do net get injuries - especially if they are going into a free agency market . AS teams realize they are going nowhere the coaches start playing players who do not start to see if they can start next year . I have reiterated many times I do not bet to bet or watch the game with a little something on it. We wager to win - period ! That is our only purpose or goal in life . Personally I could care less if the Pats go undefeated , , The fins win a game , or all the planes crash going to a football game - as long as the team plane that crashed I was not betting - that would piss me off no end . I have no favorite team , an not a homer , although I do like a hot cheerleading squad for sure !!!!!!!:) :grin: ;) :cool: :laugh: :cool2:

sorry for the lateness

but I went to the casino for the first time in months on Tuesday against doctors orders no less and bad enough for my health but I blew 2k plus . Never seen a dealer hit cards at 4 different tables like that in my life . After much studying - no bets - there is not a bet out there that I like !!!!! There is some that were marginal but as I say - we do not bet to watch a game with the guys , or cause it is the homer team ,and we are not compulsive gamblers either .The 2 marginal teams were Carolina and Detroit but did not fit in . Got to go back and rest - guess the doctor was right when he said not till after the first - damn beat me up physically and we were only gone 12 hours .:) :grin: ;) :cool: :laugh: :cool2:

pats blew that one big time as I thought they might but just could not bet the ravens cause od their inability to score . Always best to pass is my credo . I'm having a difficult time finding anyone to book these bets. The guy I was using now wants to wait until Sunday morning before game time to take my bets. Then, if there's any major change in lines, I won't know whether to get down or not. Oh, well! What else is new! And this guy's a multimillionaire. Go figure! :rolleyes: :laugh:
