Best Blackjack Training Program-any blackjack equivalent to Poker Academy?

What is the best blackjack training software? Played for the first time the other night and really like the game-just played poker before.
Any blackjack equivalent to Poker Academy?

I am not sure about Poker Academy, i have never used (I was never a poker fan anyway). But QFIT's Casino Verite is in my opinion the best training software for blackjack. You can practice any game variation that you can think of. Besides it has a lot of practice drills that will pinpoint your weaknesses.
