Sands is usually very crowded, at least the lower limit side. Was there recently on a week day evening. 15 dollar min, with probably 8 tables. At some point they opened up more (8pm ish?) Dealer on the slow side. At times, they have only 25 min tables. They always have some HL tables...

I haven't ran into any trouble, but with my stake they'd probably be wasting their time... I haven't had any exceptional outcome there anyway.... Neighborhood is a little sketchy...

Last time I was at dd, no surrender, very packed at lower limit.... higher limit nmse. Pen about 1.25/6. Hc you'll have to put up with people heckling when you surrender or hitting your soft hands.
