best odds on a game i have found is black jack. if you get dealt a 10 and a 6 you can exchange the 6 for a new card. if dealer and you both get blackjack it pays double. and everyone else at the table gets 5$. suited bj pays double if 2 people at the table get bjs everyone gets 5$ and those 2...

good to hear that you did so well! my last time playing i went -80 :cry: count was high and i was getting dealt 18+ and lots of 11 and 10's to double on and the dealer kept getting 20s and 21's....

to your first couple questions no its easy to get in. usaly the same 3 old grumpy men are there everyday other then that maybe 2-3 people at the 2 tables. and alot of the time its new people that dont even know that its happy hour.. as far as being 200$ ahead of the game i'm actualy 560$...

you would think that.. but the 2 guys next to me where flat betting 25$ the whole hour and lost about 150+ each. they where playing decent basic strategy but not doubling as much as they should have been. also it was a 5-25$ table and i was betting as low as 3$ in a negative count and no one...

just went and played again this morning. started with only 20$, (had more in pocket) but only got 20 worth of chips starting. ended up winning 130$ and never made a bet bigger then 20. wich i lost.. happy hour rules helped me out a few times.. i was payed double on a blackjack because somone...

yeah usaly just gives me the shits.. taking no shotgun right now seems to work alright. there is some actualy supps out there just for memory/concentration . ridialin (sp?) is the best from what i hear.

anyone take any dietary mind supps to help with concentration before going to the casino? grap seed extract is soposed to be a good one or caffine etc etc

in ken ustons book he talks about it says you need to sit at either 3rd or 1st base or across from someone making big bets since the dealer might try and hold the cards away from that person.

isn't splitting doubling your bet? wouldn't doubling after a split be quadropaling (sp?) your bet :D

i got caught "wonging" the first time i ever played in reno after i learned hi/lo back when i was 18 ;) it was great i won 3 hands in a row and thought i had figuared out my new career.. well after the third hand the dealer told me she new what i was doing and i had to leave.. but i still won...

i'm only there maybe once a month and i usaly have my motorcycle helmet with me so the one girl there that rides usaly remembers me but no one knows me by name. and yeah it was during the happy hour that she dealt the whole deck. they have to think extra hard during happy hour cuz they win...
