I've already switched to KISS ll. I was up big in 4 weeks, then had a horrible losing streak that just wouldn't end. I have been playing poker now instead
You add +1 for every Ace/10 through the first 2 decks. The lower the count, the more high cards left available the rest of the shoe. And yes, it is a great book!
Thanks, that does help. I've never seen the actual percentages per count. The most I won was on a count so unnaturally high it was hovering close to 35 and I netted 10x my high bet.
I have only been counting for a month and just progressed to KISS ll this past week, and it is still a bit...
I have 2 books I've recently purchased to begin my counting adventures, and I was curious if anyone can explain something to me. The count I'm using is Renzey's KISS ll from "Blackjack Bluebook ll." I'm also reading Bukofsky's "Play Like the Pros" and he has much more detailed and informative...
I posted recently about my first 2 weeks using Fred Renzey's "Ace-10 Front Count" with great success. I realize not tracking any lows and only using a single checkpoint does not produce the best odds, so I've now progressed forward to the KISS l count. I have 7 local casinos to spread out my...
I am close to the twin cities, yes. Maybe there are more then I realized.
And ok. This is my first post ever I don't want to be saying things I shouldn't. Lol. I won another $125 in about 2 hours tonight. Didn't dip below the 70$ in red i had or my reserve greens, so almost 'doubled my money.'...
Renzey's 'Blackjack Bluebook ll" where I learned about the Ace-10 front count, says to increase your betting intervals only to 4x and 6x (with that particular count) I am concerned about the limited casino's, which is why I may stick to small spread, play short sessions and get out before I get...
You're right about that. He mentioned on the first page of the KISS count section (which i finally read last night) that he included the Ace-Ten front right after the basic strategy section in his book separate from the counting section as something for those strictly basic strategy players to...
Banned from Atlantic City? Wow, that's impressive and must also be frustrating for such a successful player. I don't plan on getting too high stakes with things, and there's a very, very limited 'high roller' area in my home area casino (like 4 or 5 tables) with the floor person within a few...
I totally understand where you are coming from. I will try and learn from that story and just go for it when my bankroll allows. May I ask what your counting strategy preference is? After that much winning, did you ever get heat for counting? I am in Minnesota, and there is one close by casino...
