Best PC Blackjack Game

Good evening everyone,
I know this forum is for Online blackjack, but I was hoping someone in here could recommend a good Blackjack PC game. I'm just starting out and want to slowly walk through playing blackjack by referencing the tables I've collected. I hope to slowly speed up and at the same time start memorizing some of the tables. I was hoping for a game which could allow me to change options to closely match the house rules at some of my local casino's. (I.E. when can I split, double down, number of decks, when dealer hits/stays, soft/hard 17 etc)
I'm definitely not ready for the real thing yet and I don't want to lose any money in the online casino's either.

Your assumption re: On-line blackjack is incorrect.

Our focus is on real world casino blackjack.

Yes I thought this particular forum was for "online only" as well. Thank you for the link to that program, I do believe that is exactly what i"m looking for, I am going to go try it now.
