Blackjack team mates for AC

I am located in AC right now using KO count. I would like to meet those counters interested to get teamplay going on. Another question is that I am looking for a way for good camouflage betting in the 8 deck games. My bankroll is limited but adds every month based upon the possibility to get more money in from outsite sources.

Hope to hear from you...My coach is Zen griffin situated in Vegas.

I've got recommendations. 1) KO might not be the best choice, because you are going to be playing both 6D and 8D, and getting in and out of shoes is going to be very important to you and an unbalanced system is cumbersome. Try High-Low. 2) See ZG's post, you need no camouflage in AC below the black chip level. 3) Maybe get to know some local players and checking out each other's skills and honesty before you start sharing bankroll. 4) Go back to being Stork; "pit" and "shit" are not appealing words in English.

Why of why does every "counter" think they need camouflage when betting nickles? Self delusional? What kind of spread are you using anyway 1-40?

You BR is limited but adds every month - that's good meaning you're on the right track but now - based upon the possibility to get more money in from outsite sources?

Again the delusion that you have to have 100K to be a successful counter! If you're doing a good enough job grown your BR yourself. Yes it takes time and you have ups and downs but if you keep you eyes out I'm sure you'll find like minded souls. THEN you can team up and accelerate the pace.

I doubt you'll find anyone on a public forum who wants to take someone in, especially when they're fronting the money, unless the take is very skewed.

Lastly, I hope your counting skills are better than your writing abilities! :devil:

A couple of reasons. One is that your most efficient indices and spreads are going to change somewhat between 8D and 6D games. With a balanced count, you play 8D and 6D exactly the same. After a while you might get used to it but if you are willing to get used to something, why not get used to a stronger count?

The second is that getting into and out of shoes is all-important in that kind of game, and if you are using an unbalanced count, you're going to have to do a deck estimation anyway. So using High-Low properly isn't really going to be any more difficult than using KO properly. Besides if you are looking for teammates, most other counters and teams are already using High-Low.
 
OK The stork

Well.... Indeed I am the Stork..and the book is coming. I see that I do not need any security measures. In fact I am sitting out for 50 minutes...betting 1 time. There is a lot of lady luck going on here too. I change my counts now and than. Even the 6:5 I can play only one number and that is + 3 what gives me a small edge. So no betting and a lot of bullshit keeps me going. But hell I would like to meet a normal person because the definition about what should be accepted as being ok does add to a lonely :cry: existance for the Stork

And indeed Zen is my master for ever.

I thought High-Low and KO were almost equal in preformance.

I have used KO for 7 months and have yet to do a deck estimation. Why do you say deck estimations are necessary in order to use KO properly?

I am from the netherlands and just speak english for 2 months...hahaha I learnt so much from Zen because we both liked meditation a lot. But yea I should take some grammar lessons.

Any way..thinking ahead of the game isn't a bad option I guess...

I put every month 500 dollar in the pot

Right now..I see a endless string of money in the chips tray of the dealer. That is a kind of an unconditional answer isn't it? But really I have about a few grant rigth now. But still playing low budget because it keeps me taking them for small amounts. I move a lot around taking bit by bit.

He meant with regard to wonging. For example: 6 decks, IRC = -20. After 2 decks are dealt you should be up to -12. If the count is less than that you are "behind" on the count, and you may decide to wong out. Knowing when two decks have been dealt is where the deck estimation comes in.

A public forum might not be the best place for a few reasons. One being that a someone in the area could read the thread, pose as a counter, and then end up being a Pit boss. A bit farfetched, but possible.

Secondly, Not all systems are all the compatible. For team play to work, I'm assuming you would have to all be using the same system.

Third, your best bet might be training a close friend or someone you know who enjoys gambling in the art of counting, if they are willing. don't just pull a random stranger out. They will have this expectation that the card counting will bring in MIT level earnings. Which is not possible on a red chip bankroll.

Hi-Lo is easier to wong-in to games that you havn't been watching from the beginning. If you wanted to wong-in to a game that is in progress that already has cards in the discard with KO, you would have to do some sort of TC conversion to make it work, so you might as well just learn Hi-Lo if that's what you will be doing.

I could be wrong, but this is what I think he was getting at.
