Building a Team of Counters - Hedge Fund Manager

#1
Hello Everyone,

I figured I'd stop by this thread as it seems to be the most popular with the smartest players on the web.

I'm a hedge fund manager looking to spend some time counting with the right team. I'd like to take this seriously for a few months at a time with a very large bankroll.

If anyone has interest of any kind please PM me and lets discuss what our options might look like.

FYI: I understand the variance of specific counting methods and all the mathematics behind card counting. I'm not looking to learn, I'm looking to build a business and hit it hard.

Good counting !

Just out of curiosity, what is your bankroll looking like right now? (The one that you'd be willing to play with).

P.S.--You won't be able to have PM conversations until you've accumulated 10 posts.

This may be your lucky day. I happen to have a team of counters assembled and in need of financing.
What say you send me a couple of tickets NYCto Vegas, and you can meet your new employees.

Trimbleinc, here is a suggestion for you:

If you are going to make up a "legend" for yourself, fashion one that is believable.

Hedge Fund Managers have high 6 figure annual earnings for the most part.

Drowning in moolah, your time is far too valuable to spend any of it in a casino.

Honesty is a valuable commodity among A.P.'s, especially when it

comes to Team Play of the type you are probably fantasizing about.

Do you have $100,000 for your share of the Team Bank ?

You have no members vouching for you, so you have no casino "cred'.

Hang around a bit and prove me wrong. Involve yourself in several forum

"threads", discussing pertinent issues. That would please me.

Quantity vs. quality

This sounds like something that could yield more quantity over quality in some sort of "open casting call" with the reason being that most top notch pros already have all the bankroll they need and don't wish to risk the overexposure. It's just not worth their while. That's the situation with me at least; There's no way in hell I would have any part of that action and I'm sure there's plenty of players that are more "high tech" than me, so... I wish you the best of luck!

I'm not going to be immediately skeptical, because we have had some honest people wander in off the street with incredible stories.

But could you give us some more info about your hedge fund, and your personal background? A lot of people are going to assume you're a thief or a casino employee.

If you're in Connecticut we should probably get together. I can add cred to your name in return for an intern position at your Hedge Fund.

Hey trimble, I'll sell you my strategy to reduce risk and not reduce EV in blackjack

A hedge fund manager wouldn't be surprised by this, unlike BJ players. There are free lunches in finance
