BJ Switch is in the current version.SystemsTrader said:I imagine it would be a lot of work for you but I would love to see "Blackjack Switch" added to Verite.
I apologize QFIT, its right there under unusual games. The scary thing is I use two of the other games and never noticed. I'm getting old!QFIT said:BJ Switch is in the current version.
I'll add that to the CVShuf list. I have a bunch of requests for CVSH.Automatic Monkey said:Here's one for CVShuffle. Should be easy. You know the part where you get a card-to-card transform of a shuffle, that you can copy by hitting a button, and then paste into something else? How about automating that, where you can push a button and it will go through the shuffle a user-selected number of times, and write the output transforms to a .CSV file or something? It'll make it easy for those of us who like to wrote our own routines for CVShuffle output data.
Probably OK in V4.gatherer said:I have version 3.0 of CVBJ so this might have been fixed in version 4.0
in playing a spanish 21 game with the strategy found on the the wizard of odds site or Katarina's Book, the number of card dependant strategies don't seem to work quite right...(this is withthe warning on strategy error turned on)
for example Dealer has a 8 as the up card. I'm dealt 8,8 I split according to strategy.. I get dealt a 9 on the first hand and stand.. on the second hand I get dealt a 2 for a total of 10 BS says D3 (double unless tyou have 3 or more cards then hit) so I hit the double button and the strategy warning buzzes at me... I think it's because it's counting all cards in front of me instead of just the cards in each hand separately...
not really too much of an issue since I just check my BS chart and double anyways knowing it's correct... just thought you might want to look at this.
maybe I'll upgrade to a newer version .. one day.
No problem. I'm reorganizing that screen. Not sure whether it will be better of worse though.SystemsTrader said:I apologize QFIT, its right there under unusual games. The scary thing is I use two of the other games and never noticed. I'm getting old!
Try the non-3D mode. Much easier to see. I'll look at an x-axis. A bit tough since the number of hands varies so much.jack said:1. Have you ever considered putting the lines on top of the colors, especially Zero? In the graph below, I would prefer the Zero line to be on top of the color. You could also add (vertical)hands played underneath the graph. Perhaps in 500 intervals.
Three options. Type N, Hit Pass on the Control bar, or scrape the mouse horizontally as you would to Stand.jack said:2. I know you can speed up the insurance bet, but it would also be nice if there was an option to decline insurance.
Options-Settings-Play Variations. Turn off "Allow bet change after shuffle."jack said:3. Dont allow rebets on shuffle.
Options-Settings-Play Variations. Turn on "Dealer makes obvious plays for you."jack said:4. It would also be nice if it automatically stayed on H18 or higher, excluding XX&A9
Strategies-Betting Strategies Simplejack said:5.Allow the user to input his bets, on the right click option. Or consider adding 0-100 in 10$ increments. But definitely add the 25$ denomination.
Hmm, that's Deal now and Rebet is the Rebet button on the control bar. Maybe I can make that an option.jack said:6. Rebet, with a double left click.
Afraid I can't change that.jack said:7. Your pop-up menus are a little sensitive. Your arrow key must be perfect or they will disappear.
Thought about it. Space problem.jack said:8. Add a colorful chip tray![]()
Always welcome.jack said:Sorry if this sounds, like Im complaining. Just tryin to give ya a few ideas.
Hmm, the Select menu allows you to limit charts to Current Trip, Session, User or a custom selection. Maybe I could add shoe and/or last shoe.gatherer said:speaking of the graphs being able to see just the last shoe results would be great if playing a marathon session.
Sorry, that's not going to happen. Ask Apple to port a native Windows APIJeff Dubya said:A port to native Mac OSX.
not sure if this would work for you in CVData and maybe you already know this. but anyway like for CVBJ you can tell your logs to print in html and then copy them from html and then paste into excel. it's a bit tedious but works ok.rukus said:Norm, a few request for CVData (like everyone else, i love the current product but we always want more dont we :whip:
1. have strategy tables/indices exportable to excel or csv instead of just printable

gatherer for the time being you could port from your logs the hands of the last shoe to excell and then graph as desired.QFIT said:Hmm, the Select menu allows you to limit charts to Current Trip, Session, User or a custom selection. Maybe I could add shoe and/or last shoe.
