I never even read it until now, I don't really trust people's links...but it does seem like at least one commentator thought it was real lol. And I agree, enough wasting time with you and your dumb link.

I live in WIsconsin and the casinos are slow to open and only 25% No smoking, certain doors for entering and exiting. No food or table games yet. Some of you make this virus sound like an automatic death sentence. I have relation who tested positive and were mildly sick for about 2 weeks and recovered nicely. Plenty of others have done the same. Some people have tested positive and never had symptoms. I am not saying to throw caution to the wind and go out into crowds of any sort. I am just saying this virus is not an auto death sentence. I'm 64 and probably in the risk group and if you are too please use maximum caution. Take care.

Rumors are flying that at least some Vegas casinos will be shut down just after the 4th of July weekend. Venetian and Caesars properties leading the way, fueled by pressure and lawsuits from the culinary union over unsafe working conditions. Vital Vegas website speculates shutdowns will be voluntary and for 7-10 days, neither of which makes sense to me. I suspect if there is a second shutdown it will last another good long period of several months. We'll see what happens.

With people behaving so stupidly, the casinos need to be shut down again.

It's so hard to enforce governor's order, though I truly think the strip casinos were trying............at least over past holiday weekend and into beginning of week while I was there. But to get to his 95% stated compliance goal v. the 65% actual compliance rate, is going to be difficult. Now with the shutting down of the bars and bar areas and bar tops, it will be interesting. Both economically and compliance wise. I enjoyed the trip back in some respects but I did not feel like downtown was the place to be healthwise and off strip saw much more compliance than other areas. I think I will be deferring next trip that was for next month until see what happens in the near future.
