So, assuming that the James Grosjean article doesn't consider counting, for even money games, isn't it better to put it on blackjack at a decent TC (or other +EV game if you find one)?
I would guess the line in craps is still better than the coupon. Maybe at +5 or so it becomes comparable.SleightOfHand said:So, assuming that the James Grosjean article doesn't consider counting, for even money games, isn't it better to put it on blackjack at a decent TC (or other +EV game if you find one)?
No, because when you make BJ an even money game it is no longer +EV. You wouldn’t play a 6:5 game, so why would you play a 1:1 game? The coupon also doesn’t cover doubles and splits which are big money makers/savers. When you make BJ an even money game it is worse than other games like craps. That is why coupons are usually more valuable at other games.SleightOfHand said:So, assuming that the James Grosjean article doesn't consider counting, for even money games, isn't it better to put it on blackjack at a decent TC (or other +EV game if you find one)?
Yes, if you're willing to wait for that better TC.SleightOfHand said:So, assuming that the James Grosjean article doesn't consider counting, for even money games, isn't it better to put it on blackjack at a decent TC (or other +EV game if you find one)?
