Dealer drawing question.

When ever player at the table (or the only player if there is just one player) goes bust, does the dealer have to finish out his hand? Say everyone goes bust, and the dealer shows a K and a 3...giving him 13...does he have to draw to either get 17 or bust?

No, he'll just flip his hole card and then discard them.

I played one game once where the dealer didn't even flip over his hole card which was rather annoying. I played that game a long time ago heads up. If I was to ever play that game again I'd try to ask the dealer to show me the other card saying something like "it will put my mind at ease if I know I busted against a 20"

Most dealers won't mind doing that at all, especialy in a heads-up situation which implies a slow table. After all, he wants to keep you happy. You are his only chance at a toke.
