What are some of the ages of good counters out there. I love the game but am getting up in my 50's. I don't fear age but wonder when the mental facilities might start to fade a little.

I'm slowly learning to count but can't do it well enough to bust it out in a casino.

Anyway, I'm 26.

well i'm not a good counter cause i just use my rendition of the fuzzy count now but i did manage to count well using hi/lo for a couple of years just recently. and i'm right up there with you age wise but almost 60 but not quite by my fuzzy count lol.
but heck there are plenty of folks older than us for whom thier mental facilities are plenty sharp. unfortunately i'm not one of them.
 
Been counting for about a year now and I'm 20..Still have yet to see some profit though...I'm still working out the kinks in my gameplay.

I am in my late. late, 50's and it is not about age, at this point, but what you have going on in your mind and life situation. Are you content, happy, angry, distracted, guilt ridden?

Also your physical condition and if you can actually enter the "ZONE".
