More problems with strategy trainer

Video doesn't seem to be loading for me? I assume this is on the new mobile trainer?
 
Might]as well kill two birds with one stone so here's another problem I came across when splitting tens.
I got a 10 Q on one hand and it wouldn't let me split. It also counted the 10 Q as 21.
 
While I have you here, why does the trainer not show the dealers hole card when you surrender? That's very rare. Thanks

It's based off the original flash trainer which doesn't show the hole card either.
