Playing KO-P in an ENHC S17 game?

I posted this in a comment, but wanted to call it out.

I'm on the Cunard Queen Anne, and they're dealing an ENHC S17 game.

I play KO-P

I've found an ENHC BS chart, but I haven't found info about deviations at the Pivot.

Any help?
